We provide personalized travel consulting to our agency clients in Switzerland, with a focus on travel itineraries and accommodation recommendations. Whenever suitable, we prioritize suggesting hotels from our member network.
Our expertise lies in creating individual travel experiences, from long-haul adventures and nature retreats to cultural city breaks and charming boutique hotels. We value authentic accommodations, personal hospitality and respectful, sustainable travel experiences.
For our in-person consultations, it is especially important to offer a diverse selection of member accommodations—across different price ranges and geographical regions—to best meet the varied needs of our clients.
A commission of 10% or 15% applies to agency bookings, depending on the selected membership package. Reservations and payment arrangements are agreed individually between our travel agency and the accommodation provider.
06 - Social Media Promotion
We actively promote our member accommodations through our social media channels, sharing inspiring photographs, travel recommendations and direct links to their individual presentations.
Our aim is to increase visibility among travellers from Switzerland, Germany and beyond, while regularly highlighting our accommodation partners throughout the year.

07 - Statistics
Each member receives access to a personalized statistics dashboard, offering a clear overview of available data related to their accommodation’s presence on Regenwaldreisen.
The dashboard provides insights into website activity and promotional efforts, helping members better understand their visibility and the development of our collaboration.
08 - Travel catalogs
Our travel catalogs are published annually and are available in both digital and print formats.
The digital version can be conveniently downloaded from our website,
while printed copies are available at our travel agency for those who prefer a physical edition.

There are no hidden fees, and your accommodation remains fully independent.
How do reservations work?
Guests can book directly through your own website using your existing booking system. Your current rates, availability and booking conditions remain unchanged. No commission is payable to Regenwaldreisen for these direct bookings (0%).
Reservations arranged personally through our travel agency are handled individually by email, subject to your confirmation and agreed conditions.
No channel manager connection or technical integration is required.
Cooperation Terms & Conditions
Your accommodation retains full control over its rates, availability, payment and cancellation policies. No exclusivity or room allotment is required.
Please review our Commission Agreement (see section 05 – Travel agency) before selecting your membership.
What happens after joining?
Once your membership payment is confirmed, we will contact you to prepare your individual accommodation presentation.
You are welcome to provide your preferred photographs, descriptions and any special information you would like us to highlight. We will create your presentation and send it to you for review before publication.
An invoice for your membership payment can be provided upon request.
