Commission Agreement

Between Regenwaldreisen and Hotel, the following commission terms apply:

1. Commission Rate:
   Regenwaldreisen will receive a commission of 10% on the net room rate (excluding taxes and additional fees) for each booking made through our agency.

2. Settlement:
   The commission will be settled directly between Regenwaldreisen and the hotel. Regenwaldreisen will invoice the hotel for the agreed commission amount after each booking.

3. Payment Terms:
   Payment of the commission will be made within [payment term, 30 days] after the guest's check-out.

4. Validity:
   This agreement is valid from the date of mutual verbal or written confirmation by both parties and can be modified or terminated at any time by either party without a fixed term.
