Commission Agreement

 

Between Regenwaldreisen and Hotel, the following commission terms apply:

Commission Rate:
Regenwaldreisen will receive a commission of 10% on the net room rate (excluding taxes and additional fees) for each booking made through our agency and completed directly via the accommodation’s online booking portal.

Settlement:
The commission will be settled directly between Regenwaldreisen and the accommodation. Regenwaldreisen will invoice the accommodation for the agreed commission amount after each booking.

Payment Terms:
Payment of the commission will be made within 30 days after the guest’s check-out.

Booking Process:
Bookings are made directly through the accommodation’s online booking portal. To ensure clear attribution to the agency, these bookings will be announced in advance via email to the accommodation. This guarantees that the booking is clearly identified as coming through Regenwaldreisen.

Validity:
This agreement is valid from the date of mutual verbal or written confirmation by both parties and may be modified or terminated at any time by either party without a fixed term.
