Commission Agreement between Regenwaldreisen and the Hotel

 

Commission Rate:
Regenwaldreisen shall receive a commission of 10 % / 15 % of the net accommodation price (excluding taxes and additional fees) for each booking that is referred by our agency and actually completed by the guest.

Booking and Payment Procedure:
Guests pay their accommodation charges directly to the hotel.
After completion of the guest’s stay, the hotel agrees to pay Regenwaldreisen a commission of 10 % / 15 % of the net amount (excluding taxes and fees) for all bookings referred by Regenwaldreisen and actually realized.

Settlement:
The payment of the commission by the hotel shall be made within 30 days after the guest’s departure or after receipt of the commission invoice from Regenwaldreisen, whichever occurs later.
In case of cancellations or no-shows, no commission is due unless the hotel charges cancellation fees — in that case, the commission is calculated proportionally on the amount actually received.

Booking Process:
Bookings are transmitted on behalf of the guest and announced to the hotel in advance by e-mail to ensure clear identification. The hotel’s written confirmation by e-mail shall be deemed a binding acceptance of the booking.

Validity:
This agreement becomes effective upon mutual confirmation by e-mail and may be amended or terminated at any time in writing by either party.
Any previous oral or written agreements on this matter are replaced by this version.
