Playa Negra Guesthouse is a small sea side hotel located at Playa Negra, on the southern Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, one kilometre north of the centre of the town of location. Opened in December 2008, the hotel offers upper scale accommodation consisting of two lovely, fully equipped Caribbean style rooms, three tastefully decorated rooms, swimming pool and pool house. The cottages and rooms overlook lush, carefully maintained gardens. For nature lovers, the Cahuita National Park is only a ten minute walk and has hiking trails running adjacent to pristine white sand beaches.
Cahuita offers something for everyone including white and black sand beaches, easy access to nature, reggae bars, shopping and fine dining. Excellent French, Creole, Italian or local cuisine is available, all within a short walk from the hotel.
