LagunaVista Villas merges classic Mediterranean style with the vibrancy of the rainforest. Our units are solid stucco wall with ceramic tile and a pastel color finish. Wood beam rafters, tile contoured roofs, louvered windows and local wood decks complete the basic structure. Each unit has an outside private pool, twin hot water showers, and Japanese-style tub. Custom-made king-size beds feature the best mattresses in Costa Rica.

Additional beds for those extra guests, built-in sofas and cushions, and custom-made coffee tables furnish each unit. Large overhead fans add to guest comfort. All lighting is generated by solar power. Propane gas water heaters are utilized throughout LagunaVista Villas. Ocean, beach and lagoon panoramas from expansive wooden decks, plus both sunrise and sunset views are special features of all units.

Toucan Tango is our first villa. Closest to the lagoon, looking directly across at our coconut tree beach, this villa has its deck and outdoor shower pool in the shade of a beautiful old kapok tree. This is the ideal hideaway for a couple wanting to relax in complete privacy.

Lapa Luxury is our second villa. Larger, with an extra bedroom for friends or children, its ten-meter deck provides a panorama view of the lagoon, beach and ocean. This villa features a private indoor pool with ocean vistas.

Luna Sea is our third offering. Perched up on the hill overlooking the entire property, this villa offers views up and down the coast, from Matapalo to Corcovado National Park. From its deck, guests can see rainforest moonrises and Pacific Ocean sunsets. The morning sun streams into its private outdoor shower and tub.
