A fifteen minute local flight from the mainland to Ambergris Caye, the SunBreeze Hotel is conveniently located within 20 steps of the local airstrip…don’t worry there are only day flights and there is no noise to worry about. Located at the end of the main-street, downtown San Pedro you are within a stroll of all the towns’ activities, entertainment, and restaurants yet out of the hustle and bustle of the town.

Our 43 spacious air conditioned rooms have recently been upgraded and are equipped with 2 double beds, ceiling fan, cable television, direct dial telephone, smoke detectors, emergency flash light, and bathroom amenities includes shampoo. Housed in a U shape concrete building our rooms offers partial ocean and garden view. There are 13 Standard located on the south wing with garden and pool view, 21 Deluxe rooms with mini refrigerators , located from the U through the north wing boasting partial ocean and pool view and 5 are Premier category features a Jacuzzi bath, and a mini refrigerator. Our premier rooms are on the north end wing boasting prominent ocean view. A King bed is now available in 3 premier rooms. We have 2 premier rooms, 1 standard and 2 deluxe rooms that are super large being ideal for the families. We have limited queen beds available in all room categories. When an extra bed request is made we offer a comfortable twin size bed and not foldaway beds. Four economy rooms are located above the hotel lobby, smaller than our standard rooms with the same amenities but there is no outside view as the window looks into a corridor area. Rates on request.
